MortgageAmerica, Inc. was founded in 1978 by John B. Johnson and his good friend and mentor, Dr. Harry L. Phillips. While the company was incorporated in the state of Delaware, its principal office is located at 1800 International Park Drive, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35243. The company maintains origination offices in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and throughout the state of Alabama.
